Terms of Service

ReserveMesa materials are product templates for an application process. They are not legal, tax, or insurance advice. A California attorney and a licensed broker must review any live program. Quotes are estimates. Applications are not offers. Inspection, underwriting, match, and countersignature are required before any vehicle changes hands.

1. What the platform is

ReserveMesa, Inc. operates a marketplace that lets diners find and reserve tables at independent restaurants, and lets restaurant owners list their business, manage their menu, and take reservations online. We are not a restaurant, do not employ restaurant staff, and are not a party to the dining experience itself.

2. Who may use the platform

Anyone may browse and request a reservation. Restaurant owners must have the legal authority to list their business and manage its reservations, menu, and staff.

3. Reservations

A reservation request is not a guarantee of a table until the restaurant confirms it. Some restaurants may require a deposit at booking, disclosed before you submit the request; deposits are handled through Stripe and are never stored on our servers as raw card data.

4. Restaurant accounts

Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, menu, hours, and staff they invite to their account. Staff access is scoped per restaurant and can be revoked by the owner at any time.

5. No employment

Restaurant staff are not employees or contractors of ReserveMesa, Inc.. We do not set menu prices, staffing, or hours — those are the restaurant's decisions.

6. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine dining experience. We may remove reviews that violate this or that are unlawful, harassing, or spam.

7. Privacy

The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. We do not sell personal information. See /privacy and /cookies.

9. Venue

California law, excluding conflict rules. Exclusive venue: state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California, unless a statute says otherwise.
